Refund policy
At Ninaeva we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items, including items that arrive damaged, defective, or unsuitable.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in their original condition
- include original packaging where possible
- be requested within the stated return window
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide return instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ninaeva.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable items will be clearly stated on the product page.
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery may also not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us first at info@ninaeva.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you would like to return
- the reason for the return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return Method
Returns must be sent by mail.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Address
Please contact us before returning any item. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
- check your bank account again
- contact your card provider or payment provider
- contact your bank, as processing times can vary
